All purchases made through Research SP are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than products damaged during shipping or an error on our part.

Because our compounds are intended for research use only and must meet strict handling and storage protocols, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at spresearchlabz@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s), including the packaging

Once verified, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

• A replacement shipment of the affected item(s)

• A store credit for future use

We do not offer monetary refunds except in rare, exceptional cases.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by:

• Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

• Carrier delays or errors

• Customs holds or regulatory seizures (domestic or international)

Once your package leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
