1. LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY (STRICT)

All products sold by Research SP are intended strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro studies only. * Consumption Prohibited: These products are not for human or animal consumption, medical, veterinary, or household use.

• Buyer Qualification: By placing an order, you warrant that you are a qualified researcher or purchaser acting on behalf of a licensed research institution or laboratory.

• FDA Status: You acknowledge that these products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for safety or efficacy in humans.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT (21+)

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this site and purchase any products. By using this site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. NO WARRANTIES & “AS-IS” SALES

All products are sold on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. Research SP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness, safety, or specific application of the compounds sold. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Research SP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use or misuse of our research products.

• Unauthorized handling of experimental compounds.

• Any regulatory actions taken against the buyer due to misuse of products.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & RESALE

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Misrepresenting their identity or intended research use of the products.

• Reselling or distributing Research SP products for human or veterinary use.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the chemical integrity of the compounds. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our procurement system.

6. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & COMPLIANCE

• Local Laws: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal in their specific jurisdiction.

• Shipping Liability: Once a package leaves our facility, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. Research SP is not responsible for packages seized by customs or local law enforcement.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute shall be settled exclusively in the courts located in Connecticut.

8. REFUNDS & RETURNS (FINAL SALE)

Due to the strict bio-security and purity standards required for research peptides, all sales are final. * Damaged Goods: If a vial arrives damaged, you must notify support@researchsp.net within 48 hours with photographic evidence for a replacement.

• No Returns: We cannot accept returns as the integrity of the compound cannot be verified once it has left our climate-controlled facility.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, designs, and logos, is the property of Research SP and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
