At Research SP, we maintain the highest standards of product integrity. Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research compounds and strict bio-security protocols, we have implemented the following policy:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the risk of cross-contamination and the specialized storage requirements (temperature/light control) of our research peptides, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product leaves our controlled facility, its purity can no longer be guaranteed for resale.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the incorrect compound, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Requirements: Email support@researchsp.net with your order number and high-resolution photos of the damaged vial and the original packaging.

• Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a replacement shipment at no additional cost or issue a store credit.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, the sale is considered final.

4. SHIPPING & NON-DELIVERY

• Address Accuracy: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a 100% accurate shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors.

• Seizures/Customs: For international orders, Research SP is not responsible for any regulatory seizures or customs delays. Know your local laws before ordering.

5. REFUND METHOD

In the rare event of a monetary refund (e.g., duplicate payment), the refund will be issued to the original payment method (Bankful) within 5-7 business days.
