Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted unless the product is damaged during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
